Eric Chapman
Harvest Foods, Inc.
Eric T. Chapman began his career in the food industry in 1982 as a salesman for Biggers Brothers here in Charlotte, NC. He currently serves as President of Harvest Foods, Inc – a brokerage organization of 36 people servicing wholesale food distributors in North and South Carolina.
As a 28 year veteran in the food industry, Chapman has also worked for Rogers American as Vice President of Foodservice and Menu Magic in Indianapolis, IN as Business Development Manager. He has served on the Broker Advisory Committee for several companies, including: Smithfield Foodservice, Wayne Farms NORPAC Foods, Kronos Products and the Cheesecake Factory. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Gaston Country Club and co-chaired the Pan African Academy of Christian Surgeons for 3 years.
