George Hechtel
Premier
George currently holds the position of Senior Director of Purchasing, Premier Purchasing Partners, Premier, Inc. based in Charlotte, NC. He is responsible for Premier’s Foodservice and Continuum of Care contract portfolio. Joining Premier in 2002, George has also worked as Senior Director of Product Management.
George has had a long career in the food industry. Prior to working for Premier, he worked in management positions for U.S. Foodservice and Micosa Fine Foods, Inc.
George has a Bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University of New York, and a MBA from Illinois Benedictine University.
