Rich Ashlin
US Airways
Rich Ashlin became director of customer service for US Airways in August 2007. He oversees International Operations and Customer Service for 300 daily flights. Since being promoted to this position, Rich has partnered with other departments to optimize performance by installing new technology and upgrading their facility in Charlotte. Rich has also partnered with the US Airways Training department to implement the US Airways Leadership Academy.
A 15 year veteran at US Airways, Rich has held several positions including Fleet Services Training Manager, Fleet Service Duty Manager, Fleet Services Instructor and Fleet Services Shift Manager. Rich started his professional career serving in the US Army and holds degrees in Organizational Leadership and Airline Operations.
