Rob started his career in the grocery business bagging groceries and worked his way up through the business on many fronts including behing a buyer, merchandiser, Store Manager and Divisional Director. Before landing at Lowes Foods, Rob worked for Hannaford Brothers in North Carolina, New York and Maine.

Rob has been with Lowes since the Hannaford acquisition of many Lowes stores in 2000. He has been the Divisional Director for Lowes Foods in Charlotte since 2003. Rob has been married to his wife Dawn for 15 years and they have two children, Jesslyn who is 13 and Eric who is 11. They enjoy vacationing together, hiking and watching their children try new sports and activities.
