As Group Director of Target Stores, Rodney Lastinger is in charge of managing 61 stores in 5 states with revenue of over 2 billion dollars. He has doubled sales per representatives from $5 million to $10 million and suggested new products that increased earnings by 23%. A graduate of Florida State University with a BS in Marketing & Management and a MBA from Stetson University, Rodney has been with Target Stores since 2003.

Rodney started his career with Target Stores in Saint Petersburg, FL and has since moved to Fort Myers & Miami, FL and now Charlotte, NC. He has worked as Executive Team Leader, Store Team Leader and District Team Leader.
