Steve Marlier
Retired from IBM
Steven Marlier is a graduate of the U. S. Air Force Academy with a BS in political science. He also earned a Masters in International Affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. Retired from IBM Corporation, Marlier also served five years active duty in the Air Force and worked for the Santa Fe Railroad as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. In addition to his work with SHFBM, he is former chair of the Economic Independence Allocation Committee at the United Way of the Central Carolinas and former chair of the board for Community Food Rescue Board. Marlier is married with four sons and lives in Matthews.
