For the past 24 years Vivian has worked in the food business. She spent five years as a Regional Manager for ConAgra and spent 19 years as National Accounts Manager for Tyson. Vivian retired from Tyson and took some time off before accepting a position as Business Manager at Acosta Sales and Marketing.

Vivian is also active in the North Carolina Frozen Food Association and the GMRA. She has been instrumental in helping the Food Bank receive many donations, especially high protein items from Tyson.

Vivian and her husband Tom are the proud parents of three grown children and also have four granddaughters. Vivian enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, kickboxing and serving in any way to help feed those who are hungry in our community.
