Hunger Action Month Header

September is Hunger Action Month

Hunger Action Month is a nationwide initiative designed to mobilize the public to take action on the issue of hunger and join the movement to help end hunger! This month, we have a few ways that you can take action to raise awareness about the serious impact hunger has on so many people in our community, and across the country.

Imagine how it would feel to not know where your next meal will come from. An empty plate, means an empty stomach. And on an empty stomach, no one can reach their full potential. Together, we can help everyone reach their full potential.

We hope that this HUNGER ACTION MONTH calendar will help you find a way to get involved. From volunteering to holding a food/fund drive, to following us on our social media platforms, to attending one of our fundraising events …. Here are 30 ideas to help you get started. Help us spread the word by following us on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube today so you can stay up-to-date on what we are doing to make a difference. And don’t forget … TOGETHER WE CAN END HUNGER.
