Karin McGinnis is a member with the law firm of Moore & Van Allen. Her legal practice focuses on employment law where she has successfully litigated a broad range of employment and workplace related matters. She is a frequent speaker at seminars regarding employment issues.
A resident of Fort Mill, South Carolina, she has served on the Board of Directors for the Second Harvest Food Bank since 2004 and is Chair of the Personnel Committee. Additionally, she is a past Chair with the Young Lawyers Division of the North Carolina Bar Association and has served as guardian ad litem for the Children’s Law Center. She is a graduate of the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce Leadership School. She is married and has three children.
