Tressa Pearson
Board Member
Tressa Pearson, a former educator, taught Language Arts/Social Studies for almost 10 years in Charlotte/Mecklenburg schools. She has a long record of volunteering in the Charlotte Community and believes the benefits that volunteers add are huge. Some of her past volunteer experiences include Santa's Bag/Children's Theatre, Discovery Place's Nature Museum and the Charity League. Presently, Tressa is Chairman of Operation Check Hunger at the Assistance League of Charlotte. She also serves as Recording Secretary for the Friends of the Library at Queens and serves on the Symphony Guild of Charlotte. Tressa's interests include traveling, playing bridge, exercising and cooking. She is married to Tom Pearson and has one lovely daughter, Anne.
