SECOND HARVEST FOOD BANK OF METROLINA Partners with Lowcountry Food Bank to Deliver Fresh Produce in Honor of Brother David Boone and to Benefit Dorothy Day Soup Kitchen and St. Mary's Catholic Church Food Pantry
Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina (SHFBM) will be in Rock Hill at Dorothy Day Soup Kitchen on this Thursday, July 20th for the second part of their donation honoring community activist Brother David Boone, who started the soup kitchen in 1986, and has been battling leukemia. Brother David has recently decided to forego treatments. SHFBM is partnering with Lowcountry Food Bank in
Charleston, SC to provide much needed produce items to this underserved community.
